Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
At YAVI The Chocolate Co., we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the products are shipped.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with your order, please feel free to reach out to us at yavi.choco@gmail.com.
In case your order arrives damaged, kindly share clear photos of the product with us. Please ensure that the item has not been tampered with or consumed. Our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, a refund will be initiated within 48–72 hours. The refunded amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days, as per the payment gateway timelines.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the refund policy mentioned above.
Important Note:
YAVI The Chocolate Co. is not responsible for any custom duties, VAT, or additional charges that may be levied during shipment. These charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer (buyer/importer). Any such fees imposed by the destination country are beyond our control.
