At YAVI The Chocolate Co., all our products are perishable and made with care. Due to the nature of chocolates and food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the products have been shipped.

 

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your order, please feel free to contact us at yavi.choco@gmail.com.

 

 

Damaged Products

 

If your order arrives damaged, please share clear photos of the product with us at the earliest. Kindly ensure that the item has not been tampered with or consumed.

 

Our team will review your request on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, we will either:

 

  • Issue a refund, or

  • Resend the product, depending on the situation

 

 

Important Note

 

YAVI The Chocolate Co. is not responsible for any custom duties, VAT, or additional charges that may be applied during shipping. These charges must be borne by the customer (buyer/importer). Any such fees imposed by the destination country are beyond our control.
